Only players aged 21 and above may register and use ph352. PAGCOR regulations strictly prohibit underage gambling.
ph352 is a Philippines-only platform. Registration is restricted to players physically located and legally resident in the Republic of the Philippines.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus values are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).
Each individual may hold only one ph352 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph352 ("ph352," "we," "us," "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the ph352 online gaming platform available at ph352.org. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the ph352 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the ph352 platform.
To register a ph352 Account, you must:
ph352 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it suspects a violation of these conditions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ph352 login credentials, including your password. You must not share your Account with any other person. ph352 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
Each Player may hold only one (1) active Account. Where ph352 identifies duplicate accounts, all duplicate accounts may be suspended immediately and any associated balances forfeited. Players found circumventing this rule may be permanently banned from the Platform.
You must notify ph352 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. ph352 will not be liable for losses caused by your delay in reporting such events.
ph352 accepts deposits through approved Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph352 does not accept cash deposits or deposits via cryptocurrency.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. To be eligible to withdraw, a Player must:
ph352 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission on Business Days. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours once processed. ph352 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending security or KYC review without prior notice.
ph352 is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions, network disruptions, or force majeure events.
From time to time, ph352 offers Bonuses to new and existing Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply:
All games available on the ph352 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations conducted in accordance with PAGCOR standards. Game outcomes are determined solely by these certified mechanisms, and ph352 does not manipulate results in any way.
Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages based on millions of rounds of play. Individual session results may and will vary. ph352 provides RTP information in good faith for informational purposes only; such figures do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual Player.
Technical malfunctions void all bets and pays. In the event of a game error, system failure, or communication disruption, ph352 will investigate the incident and apply a resolution consistent with PAGCOR guidelines. ph352's decision in such matters is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph352 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
ph352 reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities including the AMLC.
All content on the ph352 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and design elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of ph352 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ph352 Platform without prior written consent from ph352.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph352's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph352 is not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (b) loss of opportunity, data, or profits; (c) losses caused by third-party service disruptions including payment processors, internet service providers, or device failures; (d) gambling losses incurred by Players as a direct result of their own wagering decisions.
ph352 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
ph352 is committed to responsible gaming. Players who feel they may be experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to use the Platform's built-in tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account dashboard at any time.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Self-excluded Players will not receive any marketing communications from ph352 during the exclusion period. ph352 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method within 14 Business Days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph352 operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight, and any regulatory disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official channels.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and ph352, the Player must first contact ph352 customer support at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 15 Business Days for resolution. If the matter remains unresolved, either party may pursue available remedies under Philippine law.
ph352 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the ph352 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms is always available at ph352.org/terms-conditions.
